GEOFFREY TOZER is recognised around the world as one of the great pianists. Since his professional debut playing Bach's Concerto in F Minor on ABC national television, Geoffrey has performed on every continent with many of the world's leading orchestras. Acclaimed in his own country, he is even more honoured abroad as the recipient of many of the highest honours in music including the Liszt Centenary Medal, the Rubinstein Gold Medal, the Diapason d'Or and a Grammy nomination for Best Classical Performance. Geoffrey's appearance today marks his return to Sydney following his memorable Celebration Forty Recital at the Sydney Opera House in 2004.
